What you'll LOVE : The location simply cannot be beat—a short distance to a local gem of a restaurant, the waterfront is at the end of the road, it's a brick house with a roof that is approximately 10 years old, the water heater looks newer, windows have been replaced within a reasonable timeframe, it has a wood-burning fireplace with a beautiful brick hearth and rustic wood mantle, open living area, oversized garage all on a county, corner lot in CAMDEN COUNTY!!!
