Perk test has expired, but well permit won't expire until 10-31-13. The subdivision is well established, only a couple of lots left unbuilt. beautiful country side scene, close to little river park, not far from hillsborough market places. Personally, I don't think there will be any problems to obtain any permits for the lot.
