Magical! Full of mushrooms, wildlife, beautiful stones, lovely trees and, of course, a stream of your own! Mostly bounded by stone walls, built with amazing skill and tenacity, by generations of hardworking farmers...you have to appreciate their joy in the land. Look carefully as there is a small stone foundation...the remains of?...sheep shed? shelter for the header? a get away from the hubbub? With clearing there can be a view out over the neighboring field all the way to NH. A surprise! The owners built a tent platform over 20 years ago and it does need a new top, but the foundation piers seem sound and strait. In 2004 the soils were tested, likely needing to be updated, but encouraging for an in ground system.
