Alongside the ample golf courses in the nearby towns and hamlets, more traditional recreational pursuits abound, including hunting, ATVs, and snowmobiling, as well as ski trails and state parks within the nearby Tug Hill plateau.
Proximity to I-90 and I-81 provide connection to much of New York State. Syracuse and Utica are only a 40-minute drive, while Buffalo and Albany, New York as well as Pennsylvania and Canada can each be reached in under 3 hours.
