Kay Thomas

My husband and I have lived, worked, and raised our 3 children in the Frankfort area for the past 30 years.  We have been immersed in the community and our church.  We have both coached so many of the youth in sports when our children were young and then I decided to teach elementary school.  I decided to merge my passions for real estate and teaching to help buyers, sellers and investors find their dream homes.  Central Kentucky has been experiencing a boom in economic development for the past few years which is making Central Kentucky a very desirable place to live.  

I joined EXIT Realty Crutcher in May 2022.  Our brokerage has been helping clients in the Central Kentucky area for over 30 years. We service all of Central Kentucky with offices in Lawrenceburg, Franklin, Shelbyville, and the Louisville Metro areas.

Our company and I support Back Pack Snacks Program and Habitat For Humanity in Franklin and surrounding counties.  When I'm not teaching or working in real estate, I enjoy reading, going to the beach, crafting, and spending time with friends and family.
